I started getting into fitness in 2014. The country I’m from has the second highest obesity ranking in the world, and not wanting to become another statistic, I decided to make a change.
The ability to be in control of what you put in your body, and knowing how you utilize your body to achieve a healthy lifestyle, has always fascinated me.
Therefore, I’ve made it my mission to share and help guide others into implementing healthier eating habits and workout regimes, to obtain incredible results. Being healthy, feeling healthy and motivating other people keeps me going.
As a Polynesian, I’ve grown up seeing the true extent of how unhealthy my culture is and all the illnesses that result from poor nutrition and lack of physical activity. I was extremely disappointed, and this was the motivation that kickstarted my health and fitness journey, with the hopes of inspiring not only my culture but anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle.
I’ve come a long way since I started, competing in and winning a few bodybuilding shows at national level. As tough as they were, the feeling of accomplishment after each one was very gratifying, especially because of all the knowledge I gained from preparing for such events.
My ultimate goal, however, is to help everyone who comes to me - Nutrition or physical restrictions - I am ready to guide and coach you to a healthier better life.
